Returns

Customers may request for an item return within 15 days upon receipt of any of the following:

  1. Delivered books that are different from what was purchased
  2. Delivered books that are defective, damaged or are not in good condition upon delivery.

Only items under the abovementioned conditions, and which were purchased from any of the official C&E Bookshop branches or C&E e-commerce site (www.cebookshop.com), are eligible for a return and refund. C&E is not obliged to grant refunds based on the customer’s mistake in purchase or the customer’s change of mind; requests shall be considered on a purely case-to-case basis.

Please inspect your books upon receipt and immediately notify C&E Bookshop’s Customer Service at customerservice@ceboookshop.com. Our customer service will issue a detailed instruction on return process

Return Conditions

Books must be returned in original packaging with the corresponding proof of purchase or receipt to the location instructed by our Customer’s Service.

Customers will be notified once the returned items have been received for evaluation.

C&E Publishing reserves the right to inspect the returned books and determine whether the items are eligible for refund.

Refunds

Return inspection and refund will be processed within 15 days upon C&E’s receipt of the returned items. Except those purchased thru Dragon pay which will be governed by their timelines for refund.

Once the return is approved, the Customer Service will notify the customer.

Refund shall be facilitated by crediting to customer’s account the total amount paid including shipping fees via the payment channel used upon purchase.

Delivery costs incurred by customer for approved returns shall be reimbursed within 3 days after the refund of the items purchased.

For rejected return request, customer will be notified of the reason for rejection and the details on how to get back the rejected item within 3 days upon receipt of the items. Redelivery fee if any shall be for the customer’s account.

E-books and Digital Products

Refunds

E-books and other digital products are not eligible for refund except in cases where access cards are not working.

Customers may request for access codes refund within 15 days from the receipt of access codes.

For non-working access codes, please contact C&E Bookshop’s Customer Service at customerservice@ceboookshop.com.

C&E Publishing reserves the right to determine whether the access codes are eligible for refund within 15 days from the receipt of request.

Once request is approved, our Customer Service will notify you of the detailed refund procedure.
